About Me
Senior DevOps Engineer building the future of infrastructure automation
Who I Am
Bridging automation, infrastructure, and forward-thinking strategy is where I do my best work. Beyond the terminal and cloud consoles, I'm someone who finds energy in sports, particularly basketball, gets lost in Middle-earth with a good book, and codes to everything from hardcore to background video game music.
Professionally, I specialize in building resilient cloud architectures, streamlining complex CI/CD pipelines, and developing strategies that empower teams to move faster and safer. I believe in automation-first approaches that eliminate toil and create space for what actually matters. With 10 years of experience across startups and enterprises, I've learned that the best infrastructure is the kind you never have to think about.
Outside of work, I explore side projects that blend technical expertise with product thinking. I'm naturally drawn to technology — whether it's experimenting with single-board computers, customizing my Arch Linux Hyprland desktop, or (on the rare occasion) diving into video games. For me, every project is an opportunity to learn, validate ideas, and create something meaningful.
My Mission
Automate the routine. Engineer the resilient. Own the outcome.
Beyond the Code
🎵 Currently Playing
My playlists are as diverse as my tech stack. These few are always on repeat:
- Best Revenge - PUP
- Die for you - jigitz
- A Serpents Touch - Knocked Loose
Genres span everything from pop punk to techno, hardcore to buttrock and everything in between. Background jazz or video game soundtracks normally playing during working days.
🏀 Outside the Office
When I'm not computing, you'll find me:
- Playing basketball - The most fun way to get cardio in
- Staying active - Regular exercise keeps the mind sharp and stress manageable
- Reading - Currently working through The Hobbit & Lord of the Rings
- Family Time - Family > Everything
🎬 Favorite Films & Shows
My movie taste leans almost always to horror, but TV shows are completely opposite:
- House of 1000 Corpses - Something about seeing Dwight outside of the office... Fishboy!
- The Devil's Rejects - The best use of Free Bird in film
- Seinfeld - Rewatching this will never get old
- The Office (US) - "Power points are the peacocks of the business world; all show, no meat." — Dwight
My Approach
Incidents are stressful enough — I'm not adding to it
I can read a Grafana dashboard and a business case. Good decisions need both
I work on this stuff at home too. That's not a flex — the curiosity is just real
